"Sometimes things just fit. That is exactly what I find with BMW Triumph of Salt Lake. My wife bought a Triumph Bonneville from your showroom a few months back. I had always wanted a BMW and really liked the GS. After weeks of thinking about it, I found a great deal for one at another dealership in SLC. But, not a great experience. Didn't like the feel of the place or the people in it. It was easy to walk away without buying.
With you? Not once did you try to pressure me. You showed excellent patience and I ended up buying one of your demo bikes. Fred Meyer went out of his way to make sure the bike was exactly what I wanted. He even fixed cosmetic things that he didn't have to do. Every time I deal with anyone on your team I get polite, professional service, Moreover, the way you sponsor events like "Need for Speed" is just awesome.
Probably most amazing is the way I get first name greetings and a feeling of genuine comaradery. Thank you for being resourceful, fair, and just outright pleasant. My wife thinks the same way. She loves you guys. "

"Unfortunately I did not purchase my bike from Triumph of Salt Lake. It was purchased out of state. However, the service department at the dealership is second to none. Goran, Tim, and the guys aren't getting paid enough! Great bunch of folks and I will only bring my bike to them for repair."

"I called the service department on a Saturday at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) on WSBK Memorial Day Weekend. I had just ridden 1000 miles to attend the superbike races at Miller Motorsports Park and my new 2010 BMW Anniversary GSA w/o any warning was suddenly running VERY rough. Things were so bad with the bike as a matter of fact that I could barely negotiate the crowded downtown streets of SLC w/o the bike stalling and idling like it was running on one cylinder (it was). I made it to BMW & Triumph Motorcycles of SLC with only 10-15 minutes to spare before closing and quickly had my machine ushered in to the service department w/o a lot of hemming and hawing. Since the bike was not showing any fault codes when hooked up to the shop computer it took some real technician know-how and hard work for the guys to diagnose what finally turned out to be a failed TPS. Once diagnosed they literally took a brand new part off a showroom machine to replace my bad part and get me on my way ASAP. All throughout this ordeal the guys were friendly and professional and genuinely interested in getting me back on the road with as little grief as possible. When things were looking their worst and it looked like the bike would have to stay overnight they started talking about getting me on a loaner bike for the weekend and even offered to drive me and my gear to my hotel since I would have no way to transport all my supplies. I owe a big debt of gratitude to Tim N., Tom S., Jeremy K. and at least a couple of other techs in the service department who stayed late on a Saturday night (you know who you are guys!) I can not give enough praise to the quality staff on board at BMW / Triumph M/C's of SLC. Thank you for customer service like it is supposed to be done and getting this rider back on his bike and back on his vacation. Five Stars!!!! "
